Sign-up, try it out, write a review (include how you would use it in a classroom), and post it on your blog and add it to the websites on the website page of our wiki.
The Web 2.0 site I decided to use was last.fm. It is a website where people can upload as much music as they want and make radio stations out of their favorite songs. Not only can you do that you can talk and message with people that have the same music tastes as you. Music can be used to help describe someone else culture and what they were thinking at a specific time. When I have to teach for example the 1960's I would put a lot of the influence music of the era into a radio stations and make the students listen to it and have them write about it. Since I am really new to all this web 2.0 stuff it is all pretty hard for me to do so I am not a good judge of hard easy a website is to use.

I'm HUGE on music, and that is a great website to incorporate in your class room...that is a really good idea about the 1960's assingment! i would use it too in an english class and have students make a station containing songs that portray the lit they are reading
